I'm a digital storyteller and web designer passionate about making complex information digestible, accessible and engaging. I work at a nonprofit investigative newsroom in San Diego as the web and social media manager. Before that, I was a producer for All Sides with Ann Fisher – a live, public affairs talk show at the NPR member station in Columbus, Ohio. I earned my master's from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.
Using Shopify, I designed and developed a responsive website for Ella Rose Farm, a cut flower business specializing in garden roses.
A simple web app built with Mapbox GL JS and Mapbox Studio.
Using digital storytelling techniques, I collaborated on an international team to record detailed oral histories and testimonies with first- and second-generation survivors of the Holocaust.
I created an animated data visualization comparing fertility vs. life expectancy by country over time.
